Was about to ride my bike today, when i turned the ignition on and the fuel pump did it's priming thing, I noticed gas running out of the drain hose(vent hose?) that runs under the tank, seat, and down to the swingarm pivot area. At first I thought it was just pressure that built up because we actually got warm temps and sun today, but it continues to run out... Any ideas, anyone else have this come up...
Mine did samething once after setting out in the sun.Ihad just filled it up that morning. My friend is the service manager at the dealer said it was normal when over filled and left in the sun. Scared the crap out of me.
That was my first thought, and I had just filled it the day before, but this was the first time it happened(that I noticed). Even all last summer with 100 + temps, I never noticed it... It's not doing it today tho, so I guess it's cool... Thanks for your reply...
