03 FXST Fuel tank removal.
I need to get the fuel tank off to relocate my turn signals and run the wires in the bars. what is the correct way to remove the fuel line on the FI models.I don't want to screw it up. and How do you get the wire that goes to the odometer reset disconnected. Thanks

If it's like my 05.....1)fuel line....just pull down on the chrome collar where the line goesinto the tank whilst pushing up on the fitting,it should just pop right off. 2)Odometer reset...behind the rubber cover on the reset is a knurled platic nut,just undo it and the whole reset button comes clear...hope this helps
