I have a 2007 nighttrain and have V&H Big radius pipes and the arlen ness big sucker on and i'am trying to put on my PC 3 and i need to know if i just install it from the box or do i have to download a mape for this any help would be great
did you already buy your PCIII? If so, you need to install everything, plug it all in, and then download a stock map from the dynojet website onto your pcIII. you can do it two ways, laptop if you have wireless, or use a 9V battery and sit next to your pc
I ordered it from WWW.XTSportbikeaccessories.comso this is why i'am asking i have had a few guys say to just put it on and other guys say no put a map on it incase they loaded the wronge one on it so i want to make sure before i get it on then find out i have to take it of and load a map on it
I would just ask the company if they loaded the right map. otherwise pull that vance and hines br map off of the dynojet site and load that one and see how your bike runs. you'll know if it's the wrong map cause your bike will run like ****. you might have to pony up for a dyno run at a dealer, which is usually like 200 bucks

First question do you have a computer with a USB port?
If so, load the includedPCIII software CD, thenjust plug the PCIII into the USB port, connect the remote 9V battery, and your computer will automatically load and read the current map (if any).
