Default V&H install help

I need some help from folks who have Vance and Hines Q-Series pipes. I am in the process of installing them on my 08 Deluxe and the instructions said to remove right side passenger foot peg and use a supplied bolt to re-install foot peg, but I can't put it were it was originally or it will hit the pipe. Where do I put the right foot peg. I know it's probably a real stupid question, but I can't figure it out - any advice.

Thanks

There are some tapped holes on the right side with a little plastic plug in it. pull out the plastic plug.

I just had the same problem on my 07 Deluxe. I put the V&H Big Shot Longs on and the top pipe was smack dab right over the peg hole. There should be another hole about an inch above that one with a plastic plug in it. I took the plug out and moved the peg. My Wife said she likes it better there and wants me to move the other one.

Thanks for the help and pics. I finished the install and moved the right peg up. I think I'll probably move the left peg also to make them match.
