I love everything about this bike..this is the one I'm gonna keep...personally, I need to ride with my arms extended, anything close makes my elbows ache after a few miles...I'd already put the same bars and risers on my last 2 bikes, sothe Train feltnatural to me...I like the aggressive look and riding style, and there's never a day I'm out that someone doesn't tell me that the bike looks bad ***...

ORIGINAL: Dogmann

So- some of you here have either changed the risers in height or in pull back & I will still be able to use the stock cables..correct?
Most people go with T-bars or apes. You can keep the stock cables with most T-bars but need to change them for any apes.

i loved my train. kicked myself in the *** for selling it to buy a mustang (something the whole family can enjoy) loved the aggressive riding style, but, yes, my hands would go numb. only on longer trips though. neck would get sore at time too. im 5' 10" but i dont have long arms either

I love the night train, but ive always been a fan of softails. I have 16" hangers on mine, which im about 50/50 on. Im honestly about to switch them out for 8" or so riser and a drag bar so i can slap a fairing on it.

honestly do it. I had 16”s I was going to put on, but LOVE the look with the fairing, give a outlaw style look to the bike.

Ive been considering it hard. Honestly the only reason I havent done it yet is because the bars are wire internally and ive just been putting off wanting to spend the extra time on it lol.

Get it! Probably the second most loved Softail. I changed out my bars for a set of internally wired drag bars with integrated 6" risers, That way the top of the bars are nice and clean with no dog bone risers.
