Yea...it helps to douse the baffles with WD40 prior to removal for some reason the bottom baffle gave me the worst problems...took a few hours to get out.
exact opposite for me. Top was a bitch and the bottom slid right out. I used a homemade slide hammer and an hour of my time! BCT monster baffles sound great and i noticed slighty better performance.
you could probably put the bct baffles in the pipes before the 2-1 collector.
bct recommended that baffles be moved up further into the pipes anyway and not use the standard location for the baffles in the BR pipes.. I didn't do that.. they seem to work great where they are.. I may move them the next time I have the pipes off.
OEM BR baffles and BCT monsters.....why? Just cuz I have the pics.
Installed...
Marty,
What is the diameter of the "washer" and the "Washer's hole" in the BCTs? What does the baffle measure in length? I bet I could fab one of these up for about $15 a SET!

I actually ran across that link about 10 minutes ago! Thanks.
I also did some measurements on the computer screen and a little math to find out an estimate size for them as well. Didn't know if anyone could confirm them. Once I start making these things, I'll do a write-up for anyone else that may want to save the extra $60 on baffles, but get similar results.
