Call Jim at BCT and talk to him... He set me up on my Deuce w/Big Radius.
Actually I removed the Big Radius and cut em down, then put em in behind the BCT
Monster Baffles... Sounds Great, deeper tone, Lo-end performance is improved and No More Popping on De-cel.

Apostle-
This is what I did with my V&H BR's, I cutt off 6"s and thats what I worked with. Bought some thumb/paddle screws from Lowes then two 1/2" nuts and some washers. This has probably been done a hundo times or so but it does give the engine enough back pressure and they were dyno'd just fine. Good luck:
If any one is interested.... Pulled my BR baffles and trimmed them. Cut them the first time to 5-1/2" in length (going back in) and it was better but not exactly what I was looking for. I pulled them again and trimmed an additional 1-1/2" off. Sounds very similar to straight pipe (tone, volume) but WITHOUT the popping. If I get the chance to pull the baffles and do a comparative video, I will. Here is what was left out of the baffles after surgery. The missing 4" piece is installed.
