Default oil question

Where is drain plug for oil tank or engine block? For a 1999 Heritage softtail.

Well I don't have the manual for a Heritage but if it's the same as my Deuce, it will be on the bottom of the engine block. Hope this helps.

The drain plug should be below a hose that runs from the oil tank to the bottom or the bike.

You should not need to drain motor just tank.

85FXWG That looks like a picture of my 07 Heritage. My 99 Heritage had a rubber hose with a silver plug in the end of it hanging down on the right side of the bike under the oil tank. Pop that off and catch the oil. Kind of low tech for Harley and had to ask someone my first time years ago.
