Default Backrest emblem

Hi all. Don't post much but I enjoy reading everything and am learning quite a bit. I have a 2006 Heritage softail classic, great bike. I needed to remove the stock passenger backrest as I bought mamma the HD touring one. In doing so,I tried to pry off that chrome/plastic emblem that covers the screw. Well I ended up breaking it off (how the heck is it supposed to come off anyway?). No damage to the exterior of it and I was thinking of just gluing it back on. Just kind of looking for ideas as to anything else that you guys may have replaced that piece with that would look good. Thanks and ride safe.

Jim

Talk to the the chrome specialist at your dealer (or whatever they call them). When I picked up my 07 they forgot to put the emblem on the sissy bar. When I went to go get it put on they told me they have a bunch of stuff like that from when people get new stuff put on. Can't hurt to ask them if they have some in a drawer. They told me they have a box full of reflectors as well. LOL
