I wonder if the Lucas fuel treatment is the same?
You can get a gallon of Lucas Fuel Treatment at Walmart for $9.99
A can of Seafoam at Walmart is around $5.00.
Just wondering.

Been using seafoam for years. Beware though that if you have o2 sensors it can clog them up with all the junk it cleans out at least it did on my 1990 jeep cherokee but then again i did pour it down the throttle body. To clean out more than just my injectors.

+2 for seafoam

Its all that gets put in the 57 and the bikes for the winter storage. I've had bad luck with StaBil
with scaling and flaking in the carbs, never had a problem with seafoam.

SEA FOAM IS THE BEST THING EVER MADE FOR MOTORS!!! no lie! i use it in everything from cleaning out throttle bodys in my cars and trucks, to crank cases, to all the bikes i own... i have barely got bikes runing when i used to work on old CB750's all the time and toss some sea foam in there and after a bit was purring like a kitten! it is truely amazing... on my truck after i used it in my gas, crank case, and throttle body, i went from 11mpg to 15... for a V8 quadra track jeep that is great for me! improves thottle response and everything.. USE THIS... ok... i am off my soap box

We have used Seafoam for years at the tractor shop I work at. Works great on diesel engines also.

I agree Seafoam is good stuff for the gas, but not so sure about using it in the crankcase. Doesn't it make the oil too thin?

+3 on Seafoam. Got a bad load of gas, late last fall, while out on a ride. Was getting ready to store the bike for the winter (Upstate NY). Poured in Seafoam, and engine, in a short amount began to run fine. If the Seafoam didn't work, I was planning on draining the tank and going from there. Seafoam is amazing stuff.
