A can of Seafoam at Walmart is around $5.00.
Just wondering.
I've used it in my vehicles but not on my bike (yet). I though Lucus was who made Seafoam?

I use seafoam at the beginning and the end of my riding season, works good. I also use it on my other vehicles.

I worked in a used car dealership a long time ago, Anyway, we would get alot of high mileage import cars, most would use or blow oil. We would dump some Seafoam in the crankcase, gas tank and down the carb, drive the crap out of em for 15-20 min. dump the oil. Almost all would quit smoking and run a hell of alot better, I would never leave it in the crankcase though. I use it in all my rigs.

HD guy said that he had condensation in the gas from the alchol additive and this seafoam would take care of it. Now, my buddy put stabilizer in the gas before putting it away last fall. Wouldn't that take care of the moisture? Also, why would the alchol added in the gas cause moisture. Isn't why we put drygas (alchol) in fuel to avoid moisture?
It works for me!!

I've used Seafoam for years on my Jeep and my Fury to clean the fuel system. Usually bottle treats 20-25 gallons so your friend might have put too much in and it ran like crap. I have seen vehicles smoke with Seafoam, but that's when they added the whole bottle and not much gas. But once they added more gas in the tank, it quit smoking.

Use it in all my motors. Once had an f250 van that was missing, put some foam in, 10 minutes later running like new.
