Default New Rocker owner needs help!!

Just got my Blue FXCWC yesterday and today tried to install the 91697-06A HD profile mirrors with stem. The problem is the left side's ( from seating on the seat) mirror does not have enough thread on it to tighten the "end bolt" ( after the turn signal bracket and lock washer in place.) The stock mirror has about 2" of thread while these have about 1 1/2". The right side is fine as the turn signal screw directly into the thread ( no bracket). Does any one know of a solution? Or of a tear drop style mirror with a large stem ( I dont want a stem similar to stock nor a small teardop mirror). According to parts dept, The thread length of all the HD's similar mirrors is 1 1/2 " also. I dont want to relocate the turn signal nor necessarily replace them. Just want a tear drop style Mirror. I'll get pics up soon after i finish putting a couple other parts on. What mirrors are being installed on bikes with turn signals on the bars? Thanks

I just installed the Arlen Ness Rad III mirrors with no problem. They are larger than the RAd II, but still gives the bike a great look.

I used Arlen Ness Scoop on my Rocker (came with both short and long bolts) or you can try the RAD II or III.
