Like mentioned above, find a pair of chrome ones and powedercoat them. You may be able to find some seconds or scratched for cheaper. My local powdercoaters only charge about $30-$40 for handlebars.
Got mine from a place that sells on ebay. Hill County(or Country) Cycles. They have many different sizes and kinds of chrome apes that they will powder coat for you for an extra $60. They also have extended cables/hoses in stock and they know what lengths you need to put their bars on your bike.
+1 on the $40 to have your bars powdercoated locally.I bought mine in chrome from the place above then took them to a local guyfor powder.
