Bike is running fine and crisp but I get popping like its lean but not till revs drop down just off idle.If I give the bike a good thrashing I get no popping at all.Am I being fussy?

no it is not lean, it is rich on the bottom end. You have made no changes to the map 1455 you are using right? If you have made no changes at all, change these and see how it works. I put the original values to the right so you can see.
Mode 1 should be a 1 - original map is a 3
Mode 2 should be a 2 - original map is a 4
Mode 17 should be a 2 - original map is a 0
Mode 23 should be a 15 - original map is a 16
Mode 1 should be a 1 - original map is a 3
Mode 2 should be a 2 - original map is a 4
Mode 17 should be a 2 - original map is a 0
Mode 23 should be a 15 - original map is a 16
