I am 5'8" with short arms and a bad back. I was wondering if the shorter guys out there could give me some ideas on a comfortable handle bar that allows you to sit pretty erect. Thanks in advance. My bike is a 02 fatboy see pics for current bars (not comfortable at all)
I have a 03 Fatboy and short in stature. I put Chubby 508's on my bike from Wild1. They have a website and you can call and they will help you out. Bars look great and my shoulders stopped hurting because I am in better riding position. I'm 5'6" by the way.
Your bike looks great.
I am 5'11..but stock bars always killed me after 100 miles on my 05. I ended up putting Heritage bars on mine, and they work great for me, all cables were the same, and I just put a stainless brake line on. Wild1 makes some mini apes that are real nice, 8.5 or the 10" would work nice for you, I just did not want to drop $250 on them, so i spend $50 on the Heritage bars, best thing I have done on the bike.
