Extremely cool, I never liked the stock "duck tail" fender from the bones... I tought of a bobbed fender but never thought of this, very cool looking,

Well... wow!
There are things we do which, while different, all seem to be generally similar. Your changes stand out like a shining light.
I like the look... honestly, I like both fenders but the full fendered version looks really awesome. As everyone has said, it really seems to be a classic fit for the bike.
The biggest downer for me is the stock ape-hangers. I am one of the "don't like them" crowd and they seem to take away from the overall look. I would suggest you consider an old time bar look like some mini-beach bars or something. Just mho.
