Recently fitted a set of Ness forward control extensions to my 07 Night train and just can't get a good rear brake,I've bled it countless times using every method I know, even bought one of those vacuum pump gadgets but still no luck, get a good solid feeling brake in the garage but 100 yds up the road it's weak as a kitten with loads of play on the pedal, comes up a little if I pump it which would suggest air is still in the system but when I get back home and re-bleed....nothing just clear fluid.
Only weak spot I can think of is the brake pressure switch block, \\;either faulty or I have it mounted the wrong way round, does anyone know if there some kind of one-way valve in the switch block \\;that could cause this issue? Kit didn't have instructions so I just mounted it the only way it would seem logical, line from master cylinder comes in from the front, switch above that facing right as you \\;look at the bike \\;and line to the calliper exits at the top over the swing arm pivot to the calliper....does that all sound ok?....Please help me out guys I love the new riding position but can't ride without a rear anchor!
