Default HD accessories for Rocker

Practically everything I want for my new Rocker in the HD catalog doesn't fit a FXCWC! In fact, the dealer service dept. even ordered a rear lowering kit for it, and I looked in the catalog, and even that won't fit a FXCWC, and they already ordered it![:@]&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;\\\\\\\\\\\\\\;There are no front footpegs at all in the catalog that fit. I hate those factory front pegs![:@]

Keep checking the Boards. Many Rocker owners have used softail parts when the catalog said they wouldn't fit

Looks like I did the right thing then, joining this forum! It could get expensive trying things out if they don't fit! I figured ya'll would know!

BTW, why the dog leg in the Rocker's front pegs? And I hate those da** steel pegs on the end of them, they hit me right in the shins when I'm walking around my bike in the garage![:@]

Hey Aircommando... you need to make friends with a guy that know his stuff at the parts counter. He will help you work things out and the 09 Catalog should be available in a few weeks. I am sure they will have sorted out more parts that fit a Rocker in the new catalog. I ran out of money before I ran out of&nbsp\\;parts&nbsp\\;for my Rocker.

Nice lookin' ride, Windeed! I got a start on mine, little stuff, Vance &amp\\; Hines BR's will be here in a couple days too. I hope they'll be the right ones, I'm reading here about the bracket that one of the guys here is selling. I hope they have that issue sorted out.

The dog len and the scrape pegs are so the pegs will touch down before the frame. You can put most any peg you want but will need to be careful of how far you lean.

Thanks guys! I figured that was the case about the leaning, but that must be some serious leaning!&nbsp\\; I ordered the Knurled Chrome handgrips, brake pad, and shifter pad. Now I'll get the front footpegs to match. Looks like I'll have to get the slotted chrome and rubber pegs and then add the knurled chrome inserts if I'm reading it right. There's was the problem, it said "except FXCWC".

AirCommando,

I have the Knurled Chrome handgrips, brake pad, shifter pad, and&nbsp\\; front / rear footpegs on my Blue Rocker C. You do have to add the Knurled chrome inserts for the footpegs. I think you will be pleased...they look great.
