Front tire feathering HELP!

Default Front tire feathering HELP!
Alright, I got 1700mi. on my train. Saturday I rode about 100 miles most of them above 70 mph, as i was riding the bike started to feel really loose and shaky so i pulled over and checked the tire pressure and made sure all my bolts were still on... everything looked okay except my front tire is feathering really bad i also noticed there are no weights on the front wheel at all. I put the bike on the lift tonight and spun the front wheel and it looks like its got a pretty bad wobble side to side and up and down. What could have happened???? I am pretty sure i didn't run over anything could this be a defective tire???

It's a new bike, take it back to the dealer and get it looked at......It's free.

It has been showing up a lot on new bikes.&nbsp\\; The front bearings are no good.

Would it be dangerous to ride it back to the dealer (about 40 miles.)???
