Got mine in Denim Black at the beginning of August and it was 1.2k less; plus had nothing blacked out. I asked the dealer or sales guy about it, and he just shrugged, laughed and said it was a website boo boo.
They too were waiting to see the bike out of the crate; as they had questioned the blacked out primary too.
He also asked me to please not ask for discounts, as it was 15.9K now. Lol. I didn't....... but they still gave me 20% on all parts/clothes/crap in the first month. Nice people to deal with. ......City Limits HD. Palatine, North Chicago.
Yeah my understanding is the site was screwed up. It's chrome like always.
On another note - Demkay if I understood your first post in this thread correctly, it sounded like you were thinking of putting a black trim ring in your air cleaner cover. You can check out my sig pic to see mine. I replaced the dull gray one from the factory with one from a Night Train. Says the same thing and looks alot better.
Thanks, I hated the gray one. It's a seperate piece. Can't remember what the part number was but the dealer should be able to find it easy enough. I just walked in and told them what I wanted and he found it fast.
Does anybody know if 2009 Fatty comes with any change on tank graphics? In the web it looks like nothing but a few new general color options has changed.
