black flush mount gas caps???

I have a chrome set on my Rock. The LED has burned out on two different sets now. The stealer it telling me they are out of warranty now. The look good, but IMO lack quality.

Thanks for the heads-up, I was thinking to get them. How can a led burn so quick? They suppose to last a long time

Although I never watch the fuel gauge to fill gas but I like to see it presents.

Not to fill it, but while your riding its nice to keep track. Plus I just think that items should work more than a couple of months. Additionally, if the same thing happens more than once the MOCO should recognize there is an issue.

I would like any info if they would fit a 05 FXSTI. They would go great with the paint job on my tins.

I've been told they are only made for the new style tank - '07 and newer.

Thats what I have heard also, but you know the guys at the parts counter CAN be proven wrong. I have several parts on my 05 that they said won't work.

just finished with the install of the black flush mount gas caps.They look great with a black cherry tank. The right side appears to be a tad higher than the gauge side but that may be how they are made?? For now i like the look...provided the leds don't burn out. Pics soon.
