I too lost LED's on mine about 4 months after i put them in, No warranty and the dealer was no help. i don't think i will be buying another set especially since i am not the only one who has had this problem.
Thats what I have heard also, but you know the guys at the parts counter CAN be proven wrong. I have several parts on my 05 that they said won't work.
I know it and I would try them except they didn't go with the overall design I was going for. I tried to powder coat black but couldn't do that due to the plastic parts attached. So, I sanded, primed and painted and after 4 coats - got them looking good. I then had them clear coated when they finished painting my tank. It turned out darn nice <IMHO>
my wife just picked up a set for me. didnt waste any time putting them on - i think they look really nice. really changes the look. the right side does stick up a little, it doesnt bother me though. ill post pics soon. definitely a good mod.
HD LED's will and do go out. I have the skull cap and gauge on mine. 6 months after I installed them, after washing the bike, a couple LED's burned out. I called zanottis where I bought them and they switched them for me. So far so good on the second set. It's a shame that the are so expensive and are so faulty.
Common problem with these. I am on my third set. On inspection of the second set the LED's where not burned out, the soldering had cracked causing loss fault.
whats the difference between 07 and 08 tanks have heard the black flush mount caps will fit the 07&08 stlye tanks talked to 2 diffrent dealers and was told they wont work not sure if there taking the easy way out or not any body try them on a 07 tank

I see you have a Black Denim bike. I was wondering how the black flush mounts look and if you have any pics.
