A Dyno will optimize the performance for your configuration. However, I would only recommend it if your performance is questionable or you are a seasoned rider and really push your bike hard (Max Performance).

In MHO the dyno will really dial your machine in to it's full potential. It can be done anytime after you install all the mods you listed. If you're happy with the bikes performance with a "canned" map, then cool. It's all a matter of choice. I know after my dyno the difference was amazing....woke her up, she runs like a scalded dog.

Dyno is good but I don't think you will need it. You can do small changes yourself with the PCIII. I use two different maps, one for performance riding and one for long trips where I want good gas mileage. The PCIII is easy to learn how to do changes and if you make a change you do not like you can always go back to the map you started with and start over. One other thing about dynos, they are only as good as the tech using them.

+1 on the Dyno...canned maps will get you in the "ball park", but each bike is different. I was told by my indy that even Voltage fluxuations (from bike to bike) will affect the canned maps.
