There are other stronger stuff that will leave ´em paper-white but it is so strong that you can choke on the gas that it produces, severe burns may occur if you don´t wear gloves when using it, besides you can stain your wheels after it´s chemical attack... Don´t ask me how do I know all this , just stick to the magic eraser and use thiner for those severe stains that mr. clean won´t make dissapear.
I used to swear by bleach white until I ruined a set of aluminum wheels on my truck, the stuff really pitted the aluminum. Sprayed on, washed the car then the wheels, not good! The best thing I have found by far is the soapy SOS pads. They clean them up better than anything else!
