Default relocating blinkers

i know this has been covered before but i did a search and didnt turn up anything. i have a 2004 fatboy and im putting diffrent handlebars on and want to put the blinkers on the forks. so what do i need to do this and if you have any pics that would help also

for tube clamps and more than likely rewire or reroute your wiring for the turn signals.

This is an easy deal.You don't need any tube clamps.The threads on your stock turn signals and the fork bolts are the same size.( 1/4" x 20 I think)Just get a piece of all thread or cut the thread off a bolt approx 1 1/4" long.Screw it into the forks,put a chrome spacer over the bolt.The spacer needs to be about 1/2" long.Then just screw the turn signal housing on to the exposed bolt.Use some loctite.You'll have to cut the wires before turning the housing onto the bolt,then solder them back up.

Here you go. I am also doing this and got the chrome pieces at Ace hardware just as the original poster did. Rather than chrome bolts, I am using chrome round spacers they also have in stock.

Ditto that. KumaRide has the right idea. My bike already had the passing lights, so I just got rid of them and mounted the turn signals on the bar that remained. If you have passing lights, that is an easy solution.
