so its time for me to get my front turnsignals off the handlebars of my sb, but i am not a big fan of sticking with the stock turn signals when putting them down on the forks. i really like the idea of the fork mount marker lights from joker machines, but they dont come for 49mm forks. anyone have any suggestions for smaller turnsignals that i can put on my forks, or maybe somewhere else that is pretty well hidden.
Check out the sticky thread at the top of the dyna section, UNDER 50 BUX... There is a cheap and easy turn signal relocation the fronT fork pinch bolts. Its doesnt stand off of the forks nearly as much as the kits from h-d, kury, and the like. Tucks them in real nice and should cost about 10-15 bucks, plus time.
yeah try the search function.....I mean, why do we even start new threads when we all know that everything can already be found by searching, right?
never ceases to amaze me.
Well, according to that reasoning, we will never see another post, since I think every question that could be asked has been...at least 3 or 4 times.
Sometimes you ask the same question and new blood comes up with a different approach to an old problem.
good point,
i utlized the search for my turn signal relocation. Then i learned that the under 50 mod using the already exisiting brackets for the turn signals doesnt work for the Fat Bob, and the JP cycles 19 dollar bracket doesnt work either.
I had to settle on the actual fork clamps.

Don't pet the sweaty stuff.
I meant that to be sarcasm......post #1 is always a question, post #2 is always someone advising the search function. Maybe the moderators can make like a #2 auto post so that nobody else has to throw the search comment.
I just had a set of Kuryakin clamps for 49mm forks delivered. (not installed yet) They won't stick out too far and I think you can use smaller, bullit lights if you want. I've seen them on bikes here on this forum and they look good.
