My 07 Fatty has no wobble. Had her up to 110, and it stayed smooth. I have the offset or un-centered wheel too, but it has not been a problem. My wife's 06 Sportster had a wobble at around 40-45 mph. Tightened up steering head, got it re-balanced-did not help. Finally got a new tire and the wobble disappeared.
