Default Tire Pressure

I apologize in advance, but since I don't have an owners manual or service manual for my 2005 Deuce, can anyone advise what the correct tire pressures should be (Dunlop 21" Front & Dunlop 17 " Rear). According to markings on the tires the frontshould be 40 psi and the rear 42 psi. Does this sound right? They each had about 32 psi and I filled them to above numbers, but want to make sure. Thanks

Kind of depends on if you're riding solo or with a passenger. On my Heritage I ride with about 35 in the front and 38 in the rear. I think 42 is a little high.

My 06 manual says for the Duce run 30 psi front and 36 rear for solo, and 40 rear and 30 front for 2 up.

look for the sticker on the frame, should be on the down tube somewhere near the voltage regulator, it will tell you what pressure to run.
