Here is something I would highly recommend. I suggest trying Glare, this product was introduced to me by a good friend of mine and I am so glad he did. This product help eliminates the swirls, leaves a showroom shine and does not leave any form of residue on your bike. This is a showroom quality product. Question since we are on cleaning....the wax is fine, chrome polish is fine....but what are you guys using to keep the cases black?

I use Pig Snot on my case. Seems to work. If there is something better, tell me about it..

Race Glaze, been using their products for years easy to use and leaves a deep shine.
They used to make a great carnauba wax, was discontinued a few years ago.
