They do have a weaker sidewall and if you under inflate them you notice it pretty well in the handling department. Once at proper psi they handle great.
They are a very neutral feel unlike the dunlops. You just have to learn to trust them.
I have them on my gsxr so I am use to how metz feel.
Had Metzlers installed on my Heritage and put a couple hundred miles on them today. I've heard alot of positive things about them but didn't expect too much of an improvement over the stock Dunlops. I was wrong. These things are great. I took some routes I normally avoid because the ruts and asphalt cracks and grooves pull my front end. NOT with the Metzlers! I was actually aiming for the grooves and cracks and it felt great. No more pulling me into it. And cornering feels so much better and positive. They were about 20 bucks more than Dunlops but well worth it.
