I was digging through the "goodies" book and found a mounting that's 'supposed' to fit the FLSTN (Nostalga Heritage) models. As it uses the same FL front end as your 'Fatty' you might want to give it a look before you go off getting the much more expensive combo gauge.
Its listed as PN = 68150-05 and according to the 'good' book is made to fit 05-later FLSTN and 08-later FXDB bikes.
It mounts to the upper two handle bar clamp bolts so it 'should' fit. But remember your still going to have to get the housing kit and the mini tach to go into it.
If it works it should be better than the combo if for no other reason than you won't be forced to look down as far to see it the way you would if the tach was part of the speedo.
