from what I understand - and those of you with more knowledge, chime in - a dealer download still keeps the bike in EPA compliance. which means it will run hot. a power commander will richen up the fuel, thus the bike will run cooler. also, if you plan on doing any other modifications, the download may not support them, whereas you can get another MAP from Jamie at Fuel Moto for whatever mods you do.
