92 Fatboy oil drain plug?
I'm changing my fluids and getting the Fatboy ready for spring riding. I did the tranny with some Mobil 1 syn. 75/90 and was doing the oil and drained the oil tank and replaced the filter then wondered about all that oil sitting in the crankcase.......how do I get that out? Does my EVO have a drain plug in the bottom of the case somewhere that I am NOT seeing? Sorry if this is a dead horse question, I'm new here! Let me have it, I can take it.

Oil is not stored in the sump of the case.... about a pint is residual, and you will only get it out if you split the cases... Don't worry about that small amount... It will thin out and be engulfed by the new oil over the first 5 minutes of starting it up....

Thanks for the GREAT info Bob! It makes me feel better now. My bike came from up your way originally. My older Brother Bought it new in 92 from Van's HD in upstate NY. Put almost 30K miles on it going to AM-Jam, Stoney's, and all those type places over the years.
