Can you tell me what seat rail that is and does it fit a stock deluxe seat?
Sorry, Found it in another post.

This will fit into the bigger hole that is left when the pillion seat is removed. The two smaller holes that are left when you remove the rack are plugged by part #762(chrome)or #761 (black). The rack in my picture is an aftermarket rack. You can sort of see the plugs in the pictures. Believe it or not, the plugs are cheap! I almost forgot. No, nothing will fall off of your bike when you take off the rack and seat.

Hi Mystic, sweet ride! I've been looking for that fender rack for a while. Any info on where I may find one would be great. In my opinion there is no comparison with a fender bib and your rack for the solo 'look.
I removed the seat and rack, replaced the seat with a seat from Mustang. Left the rack bolts in place, but cut two holes in the frame of the seat for the bolts to slide into. It's not a solo seat. Have pis in my album, check it out

the motherwell rack, listed for the heritage springer is the same rack for the deluxe. . i asked them when i bought mine. they are just too stupid to list all the models that the rack fits.
I thought the same thing but when I tried to order mine they told me it would not fit a Deluxe, but they do have a new one made for the Deluxe. It is a little larger than the one for the Heritage.
Mystic, that really is a nice looking bike! I have a ’09 Deluxe and want to change it up a bit, I sure would appreciate any info you can give regarding that luggage rack!
i talked to Kelly Motherwell the owner, when I bought mine 4 months ago. and i was told the springer one is the one that fits. and it fits just fine. i am sure all these guys who are running these are running the same one. any harley fender that is the regular width will work with this rack. not newer fatboys, fxst, fxstb, rocker.
Here is the newest one that fits the deluxe, a little larger diameter tubing on the outside than the previous one. It should look about the same mounted.
