Default Taller Windshield

I've got a scratch on my wind shield / FLSTCI 04. I see Harley has a taller shield. Anyone bought this? Does it block wind any better? Any comments welcomed

For the correct vision you need to keep in mind that you should be able to look directly over top of the windshield for proper road vision.

Just a something to keep in mind.

Default RE: Taller Windshield

On my last bike I had a large windshield that I could see over the top of and it worked great. On my new bike (05 springer classic) I have an HD "king size" windshield. I have to realy sit up tall to see over it, but I actually really like it that way. It creates a very comfortable environment especialy with a full face. It can get anoying having the top line of your windshield in the middle of your field of view. I say go for the big daddy! But as allways, keep saftey in mind first.
