help with installing carlini original t bars...

Default help with installing carlini original t bars...

...got a set of carlini 9" rise original t bars and looking for advice on the best way of pulling wires through bars...can pretty well figure something out but thought I would see if anyone has any helpful hints to make it a good experience instead of a bad one...lol...

Never myself but I´ve seen it done twice. They use a wire to hook 'em and drive 'em all along the inside of the tube.

I suck a shoestring through the bars with a vacuum, then attach my wires to the shoestring and pull them through. If I run into a bind I just work it back and forth until it clears the bind. The hardest part is making the 90 degree bend into the riser. Also it may help to pull just 2 or 3 wires at a time, then pull the rest.

thanks guys bars are expected in Wednesday...I'm hoping to get them done that day...that is if all goes as planned...but I should know better than that...lol

The old mechanics wire works well.Havent done a set of Carolini's but Im a body man of 20+ years and those tailgates will give you fits.Make sure when you wrap the wire you tape it and have the pointy end facing away from the dirrection youre pulling.
