The quiet baffle are a different design than the baffles that came with your pipes, they are not a strait through design. If you wrap your stock baffles with fiberglass it wont do much. The quiet baffles quiet your sound by about 3 decibels and really give your pipes a mellow deep tone. I know these videos aren't the same pipes you have, but they will give you an idea of how the quiet baffles sound compared to the standard baffles.

I'd like to try out the Quiet Baffles as well but I don't want to have to worry about re-dynoing my bike.

I didn't retune my bike and I haven't had a problem in the 2 weeks Ive been running them. I would actually say my bike runs a bit better.

You do not have to re-tune. If anything it will improve the performance, not degrade it. The change in the air/fuel ratio switching, from your regular baffle to the quiet version, will hardly be measurable. You will end up with just a little more back pressure and a very little bit more richer.
If you are still a bit concerned, do a plug reading before and after you switch baffles.

I didn't like the quiet baffles, and there was a noticeable loss of power.
Here's what they look like compared to the stock baffle.

I used them, I just took the pic before installing them.
I ran them for I think 2 weeks, then I pulled them out and what I did was if you look at the cap on the quiet baffle there is 3 tack welds, I ground them off and removed the cap.
The power came back and it has a deeper tone then the stock baffles, but I'm still not sold on them. I'm going to pickup some Big City thunder baffles.
As for selling them, they're pretty cheap to pickup new, my dealer had them in stock and they were only like 50 bucks CDN. Hell I'd give them to ya, the only problem is that the scoot is tucked away in the shed for the winter.
