Default 2005 fatboy risers

what is the riser height on a 2005 fatboy,also how high can i go without changing the cables/brake line? thanks everyone

Well, I believe the stock riser for the 2005 is the same as I had on my 2003.

Not a very good picture (first pic below), but this was the stock riser that came on my 2003 FatBoy. As you can probably see, it's not very tall at all....

I didn't like the bar position, as it caused me to lean slightly forward and I am use to a more laid back riding position. Because of that I installed a 3.5" pull back riser and also rotated the bar to a slightly 'higher' position. Worked out perfectly and now the ride is much more comfortable. (A couple pictures are shown below)..

Also, the stock cables had plenty of length, didn't have to change out anything.

I think I put 4 or 4.5 pullback riser on my 04 fatboy with no cable change.

Using 6" risers, and early style wide glide bars. No issues.
