Default Side mount License plate wiring question

I'm finally getting to put my Fatty back together after a long winter of being apart for improvements. I had my rear taillight removed and the hole in the rear fender filled in. I still have the stock turn signals but will be using a side mount license plate with break light for my breaks. My question is that once I started all the work last night I realized that the Turn signals and Break light plugged into the break light mount I removed. I have all the wiring but just wondering if anyone else out there has done this and how to get around this. I'm thinking that I will remove the part that all the wires plug into from the mount and mount it under the seat some how....but again, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I did the same thing to my Fatty. I used a test light to figure out which wire was which and wired the signals directly to the harness.
