Default Shortshot pipes
Got a 08 fatboy thinking about putting V&H shortshots on. Wanting to know if anyone else out there has them and if alot of exhaust heat hits the rear peg.

i hane an 07-fatboy, and i have them on mine, i like them, and have had no problem. my wife rides with me everywhere, has had no problem. ran them with the striaght through baffles for a long time, now i have the quite baffles on them. of course, you will need to get some kind of fuel processor for them. i have the fance&hines fuel-pack.

Been there done that, check my album. These pipes sound nice, look great but no performance. It all depends on what your looking for, if its performance DONT BUY. Its your call.

love the look and the sound...i picked up a little performance, but not what i was looking for...

look and sounds great...girl rides on the back all the time, no problems...was more problems with the stock pipes and the heat.

i have them, and they sound like im going faster! no issues at all with heat. Great quality pipe too.

with my bike 07' train, my rim and brake caliper get discolored from the exhaust. no big deal, just have to hit with some mag polish once and a while. I really like em' , sound, quality, looks, price and performance (for a short pipe). Good Luck

I have them on my 02 Fat Boy. They were on the bike when I bought it and I kept them.

I love mine, no problems with heat or anything for that matter. Can't wait to hear them with the Big City baffles in them.

I love mine, the ex wife has no problem hitting the pipes. (yes I said ex wife). I love the sound as well.
