Buy the service manual......It answers all kind of things. I won't leave the dealership on a new bike if they won't throw one in. I don't need a helmet,jacket,boots,gloves. After 40 years of riding, I have a whole closet of nothing else. Got all that. What I never have when I buy a new bike is the service manual for that model. If the dealer is too cheap to give it up. I'm too bull headed to give him MY MONEY. I'll find someone who "wants" to sell a bike.

Hey thanks a lot! The pace on here is VERY quick, and the help has been OUTSTANDING, prompt, and accurate. Thanks to everyone. I'm sure I'll be buggin' everyone for some advice, and will offer-it-up whenever I can. As you can see my the mileage on my bike, I'm fairly new to the group.... JR
