Default Picture of underside of a Badlander needed

Hey,if anyone has a Badlander type seat fitted to their 200mm rear tyred softail can they please post a pic of it(the underneath section) on here for me? having a bit of an issue with a guy who sold me a seat to fit my 06 Softail(200 rear end) he says I have the right seat but to me it doesn't seem right...fouls the ECU on the rear fender,my stock seat has a recess to allow the seat to snug down onto the fender, the seat I have been sold has to be forced down and then it doesn't seem right....don't remember having this issue with my 07 Night train with a similar seat...thanks guys.

wow! if that's not a cheap looking tack job underneath I don't know what is. Typical HD seat IMO.

When I had the badlander on my train it definiitely didnt have to be forced down. Sounds like you might have the wrong seat to me.

Part number: 51397-06A

Per my trusty HD parts catolog it fits: 07'-later FLSTF, FLSTB and 06'-later FXST and FXSTS.

I know you said you had an 06' softail, but you didn't say what model. Yours probably takes a different part number than my FLSTF.

Take your cover off the fuse block and remove the two large fuses...this will give you 2" of clearance. Now check your seat fit and you will know if its hitting the fuse box, then put the fuses back in and return the seat. This is the high point under the seat.
