I don't know what you guys are talking about. Everytime I've called them. They
answered the phone and took my order. I always recieved whatever I ordered
within 10 working days. And I live in Montreal, Canada. But, I guess you can't
please everybody. Try calling them man.

P.S. You will need to lower the bike about an inch and a half to two inches. I
did mine with a set of Progressive stems and the stock shocks. Works just fine.

Yes Soldierz - you'll need to buy a separate lowering kit. The Heartland stuff won't actually lower your bike. In fact the bike doesn't have to be lowered at all - they just recommend you do in order for it to look right.

As for phoning, Crazy Canuck, it's pretty expensive calling from abroad plus the time difference makes that difficult. The world's a lot smaller than it used to be these days. Most suppliers are more than happy to ship stuff all over the world.
Hell, how hard is it to just say "thanks" for your e-mail, we'll be in touch??????

Hey, I dealt with these guys from the Far East, they arranged for sending the seat to Danny Gray for recovering etc.

They did the works for me, no complaints! Yes, sometimes it could be better but on the whole good experience.
