1st it would help if we knew what bike you had ? i lowered my bike b4 i put on Heartland but needs lowering again so wait until kit fitted.
The Heartland kit comes with everything you are prepared to pay for !!!!! if you want turn signals for example you have to order and pay for extra........
Front fender is extra......... sidemount plate is extra...visit their website as very good but do not bother trying to contact them they are useless at customer service.......good luck

everything stated here is all too true...I have a rocker and needed to lower mine 2" to get the affect of the heartland kit...and as hogdiver mentioned all the extras, at of course, an extra cost
I don't know why people bother with Heartland personally. Sure the stuff looks nice and I'm sure it's convenient to have it all in 1 box but bloody hell they're expensive and I'm still waiting for a reply 2 months after contacting them wanting to spend over $2000 with them!!
Have a look at their website, note down all the bits you want and go buy them a helluva lot cheaper from the aftermarket suppliers!
Just my opinion - I'm sure I'll be shot down in flames

I've found everything pretty easily...... bikes being done whilst I'm in Daytona in a couple of weeks. Pics will be posted as soon as return!
I paid 1000 on eBay for the 200 ez kit. Hell of cheaper than full price. Its worth it if you do it yourself. If you pay somebody to make you a kit like this you will end up paying a lot more for the custom work that's done. There customer service is terrible probably because they make so much dam money they know they need to be nice. They are the only ones to have anything like this. I wouldn't pay 2 grand for this kit. To me they need to come down on the price. But they .

sorry to hear about your delay of two months...don't know if that has anything to do with you being in England or not...my experience with the company has been nothing but great, and Mark over there has been very helpful...hope you get what you need for your bike either way...nothing sucks worse than having to wait on things for the bike
