I took a Street Bob home from my dealer when he had my bike overnight.
I loved the handling and the ride of the bike.
Would I buy one?
I'm a big guy 5'11" 250, and the bike was just too small for me. Other than the size, if I were a smaller guy, I would really have to consider it.
If my kid rode, that would be the perfect bike for him.
The Cross Bones doesn't do a thing for me.
I have had both.
I traded my 07 Street bob in on the bones. My 2 cents - the bones looks better and handles better. for some odd reason the bones feels more nimble then the bob - yea it sounds like I am on crack - by like I said it's my 2 cents. don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong with the bob, but pretty much the bones has most of the mods I was planning on for the Dyna. And at the time there were more after market parts for the 08 softails then there were for the 07 dynas.
bob its a cheep byk so you can get it sorted n ridin nice 4 the price of a standard bones, oh if you want more room on it you can get a set of oe fowards off ebay or at a swapy for next to nowt,
