started install today things going good thanks to all the post,i went with the removal of the tank to see what was going on under there everything was good however did spill alittle gas but was happy with the removal now im just waiting for parts, remove the wires from plug didnt have a problem so if you havent attempted this its apiece of cake more pics to come
Very good.. I put on the Chubby 502's with 1/2" Risers last Winter. I like them. I also changed everything to Chrome on the handlebars since it was all apart anyway, this way I wouldn't have to go back and mess with the bars again.
Don't forget or I hope you didn't to repalce the rubber riser bushings with a good set of poly ones. This will stiffen up the bars a bit and prevent the apes from wiggling.
