Side License Plate Mount??

Side License Plate Mount??
I'm looking for a horizontal side license plate mount for a '08 Softail Deluxe.
What options are there?
I need it to be chrome, with LED lighting for the plate, mount to the axle, and be good looking.
Also, what about the holes that are left when you remove the stock mount.......what are people using to fill those holes that look good?

Look at these. They are not axle mounted, but I'm wondering if you have explored all of your options. These are awesome. They fold into the "V" of the swingarm.

Look at the Perse 3D tail-light for the sweetest looking tail-light I have ever seen (IMO), and it also covers the 3 exposed holes. Not sure if your Softail has the same rear fender as the FatBoy, but have a look anyway.

JR...........I couldn't find the tailight on the Perse website.
Maine state law requires the plate to be horizontal.
It's not my bike, it's a friend of mine that I'm doing the work on. He's telling me what he wants, but I really can't find anything that fits his needs. He wants it to mount to the axle nut, but from what I can see the better choices are the swingarm mount or the pass. footpeg mount.

The one in my link is an axle mount and can be mounted horizontal (I had to drill the holes for horizontal mounting).

Firefox wouldn't open up the Perse website correctly, that's why I couldn't find it. I used Explorer and it worked fine.
That thing is sweet, and also $375.........damn, they are proud of that thing.
