Can someone please help me find an aftermarket front fender that fits the rocker? I have a 21 and I really like the look of a fender that covers a lot of tire. I would really appreciate the help since I'm having such a hard time. the spacing is really throwing me for a loop.
Hey brothers here on the forum, Doug from Iraq here. I leave FOB Normandy for the LAST TIME TOMORROW NIGHT!!! I should be back in Hawaii on the 2nd of April!!! Fingers Crossed!!
Well I got some really cool picks from my buddy Rich over at Bitchin' Seats Co. over in California. He's hookin' me up with some really cool PnM & RSD parts and wheels for my bike. I will get some pictures up here within the hour. You guys are gonna like these I hope.
But to help in your quest, I have a solution for you if you will be patient!! I have been talking with Rich and he let me know that Russ Wernimont designs and stamps Heartland's fenders!! WELL GUESS WHAT FOLKS: Hearrtland is currently designing and mocking up a DIRECT BOLT ON FENDER FOR THE ROCKER THAT WILL FIT A 21" WHEEL!! Heartland said it will be done ready to sell within about a month and SHOULD run for the same price as their current on that fits the stock 19" Rocker wheel.
NOW, Rich and I were talkin' about this because I WAS gonna go with a 21" wheel, but I am going with a 23" wheel instead, and he said it all depends on if you want STAMPED fender or a SPUN fender!!
STAMPED FENDER: The sides are flat! It's a stamped piece of metal.
SPUN FENDER: It is COMPLETELY ROUND ON THE SIDES and hugs the tire more than a stamped fender.
There you go brother!! Just threw another wrench into you wheels!! LOL You could probably get on Russ's website and see what he's got to offer. If I were you, I would give him a call and see what he and his guys could do for you.
I have the Heartland for the 19 inch wheel on my bike and it's a perfect fit. Have you mounted your rear fender yet?
The painter has my rear fender to chop it, but I think it is going to come out a little shorter than your fender.
