Default New Chrome Swingarm...

Just scored on a brand new chrome swingarm for my 06 Fatty on E-bay. Any one ever do it themselves. Does it look as easy as it does according to the H.D. manual? Any or all advice appreciated...Thanks...Ray

Yes it isn't hard to do but takes some time. Chrome does scratch so make sure you have some wide painters tape to cover that nice chrome. Keep us posted on how it goes and good luck.

Trickiest part will be getting the tire back on. If you've removed and installed rear tires before, should be a piece of cake. If you haven't it will take a little thought but it's not hard. Best advice would be to make sure you have a friend or second set of hands available. Always much easier that way. Good luck!
