07 Deluxe saddlebag question?
I just repalaced the exhaust on my wife's Deluxe with some Supertrapps and then found a set of Harley hard saddlebags to put on the bike. The problem is that now the bracket that connects from the right saddlebag to the exhaust bracket has no place to connect due to the fact that the bracket was removed allowing for a smaller step bracket to be installed for the new exhaust. Does anyone know if there is a better set up for the hard bags or is there really any reason to put the bag brackets back on? The bags seem to be sturdy enough.
